Stephanie Hopple earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was selected for the Dennis J. Block International Business Law Fellowship. She was a Prince Scholarship, Centennial Grant, and Academic Achievement Scholarship recipient. She earned a CALI award in Accounting for Lawyers and was awarded the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal for Excellence in Bankruptcy Studies. Her fellowship paper analyzed forum selection in cross-border insolvency cases.

She earned a B.A. in International Relations and Hispanic Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Her thesis examined the evolution of corporate governance and foreign direct investment in Chile from 1980-2005.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hopple was an associate at Nosich & Ganz, where she defended doctors and hospitals in medical negligence actions and advised on healthcare compliance. She also served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Fred W. Wellmann in the Third Judicial District, Austin, Minnesota, and completed a graduate fellowship in the chambers of the Hon. Elizabeth S. Stong, U.S. Bankruptcy Court E.D.NY., and externships at the New York City Bar Justice Center and the Office of the U. S. Trustee.

Ms. Hopple is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, New Jersey, and Minnesota.
