Andrea Viafara

Andrea Viafara focuses her practice in the area of first-party insurance litigation, where she is an advocate for policyholders. As an associate and trial attorney, she represents residential and commercial property owners in recovering for losses incurred due to denied or underpaid insurance claims.

Prior to joining Trujillo Vargas Gonzalez & Hevia, LLP, Ms. Viafara honed her oral advocacy skills as a Miami-Dade Assistant State Attorney. As a prosecutor, Ms. Viafara tried a wide variety of victim crimes. This experience has afforded her a unique perspective in her preparation and litigation at Trujillo Vargas Gonzalez & Hevia, LLP.

While in law school, Ms. Viafara was chosen to be a member of the Moot Court Honors Society, specifically in the trial division. She also served as Vice-President of the Student Bar Association and in 2013 was awarded Student Leader of the Year.
